This privacy policy describes the personal data that is collected and processed when you use the website, and how your personal data is used and protected. It also explains the choices you have regarding your personal data and how to contact us.​

1. Protection of personal data
The Customer is informed that Camping la Plage Verte processes personal data.

The personal data transmitted by the Customer via the forms, such as their surname, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, is required to process their request for information and reservation.

This data is processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

However, Camping la Plage Verte is not bound by any obligation of result regarding the security of personal data.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Customer has the right, at any time, to query, access, rectify, modify and object to all his or her personal data.

Customers may exercise these rights at any time by sending an e-mail with proof of identity to the following address: campinglaplageverte@wanadoo.fr.

In particular, he/she may contact the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés for any additional information (www.cnil.fr).

Camping la Plage Verte undertakes not to use any personal data it may have at its disposal for any purpose other than the preparation of invoices or the processing of bookings, except in the cases provided for by law.

2. Management of personal data
Generally speaking, it is possible for the Customer to visit the site without communicating any personal data. In any event, the Customer is under no obligation to provide this information.

Camping la Plage Verte may ask the Customer to provide certain personal data in order to make a reservation. If the Customer refuses, he/she is informed that he/she cannot continue with his/her request for information or reservation.

By providing this information, the Customer accepts that it may be processed by Camping La Plage Verte for the purposes indicated below. 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 14 April 2016 and the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, Camping la Plage Verte informs the Customer of the following:

2. Recipient
Only Camping la Plage Verte is the recipient of the personal data transmitted by the Customer. This information is never passed on to a third party. Camping La Plage Verte does not market the personal data of visitors and users of its site.

3. Retention period
The Customer's personal data is kept for a reasonable period necessary for the proper administration of his/her file and for a maximum of 12 months. It will be automatically deleted by Camping la Plage verte after one year. 

4. Data Protection Rights
The Customer has the following rights concerning his/her personal data, which he/she may exercise by writing to the following e-mail address: campinglaplageverte@wanadoo.fr​

Right of access and communication of data - Right to data portability : Customers may access the personal data they have provided. They may obtain a copy of this data in a structured and common format for transmission to another data controller.

Due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data incumbent on Camping La Plage Verte, the Customer may only exercise this right if he/she provides proof of his/her identity.

Right to rectify and delete data: the Customer may request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data concerning him/her.

Right to object: Customers may withdraw their consent or object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters by sending an e-mail to campinglaplageverte@wanadoo.fr.

The right to object may be exercised at the time the information is collected or by contacting the data controller.

5. Response times
Camping la Plage Verte undertakes to respond to the Customer's request within one month of receipt.

6. Complaints to the competent authority
The Customer is informed that he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
